If you wish to be considered for Money Makeover then complete the details below. If you are chosen as a case study we will send you a form to complete giving all the necessary details. We will then ask an independent financial adviser to formulate some general advice based on the information you have sent. You will not be contacted by the adviser. The advice you receive is not meant to substitute a full financial planning exercise.

We do receive a high level of requests to be a Money Makeover case study, so submitting the information does not guarantee you will be chosen.
