We believe British expats moving abroad have the right to keep open existing UK bank accounts and/or open a new British bank account whilst overseas. At present many banks are asking British expats to close their UK accounts and open an account offshore if they are non-resident. We believe this diminishes protection for Brits abroad. Your answers to the questions below will help shape our campaign strategy to get the situation changed.

The second half of the questionnaire aims to explore the options currently available to expatriate savers and investors following the financial crash of 2008/09 and identify the use of offshore Britain going forward.
